When I saw BOCC these drunk dudes were singing “funeral” so loud and out of key it ruined the song for me
That's what I'm talking about hahh. Seeing Phoebe in July and I only hope I'm gonna hear her sing, I don't need to travel 500km to get annoyed by drunks or people talking, but I swear I'll try to have the best time anyways!
I don’t think singing along is the issue, as singing is definitely a big part of going to concerts (and I definitely sang when I saw Phoebe recently). It’s the screeching and screaming at the top of your lungs during every song that’s what is causing some people to complain. It is happening to the point where these people cannot hear Phoebe at all and are only hearing the sounds of fans screeching. That didn’t happen when I saw her but I know other shows were worse than the Chicago show.
you should only be allowed to sing if you sing well. as for all tall people, they should be escorted to the very exclusive gulag section of the venue.
BBC iPlayer - Glastonbury - John Peel Stage - Friday Phoebe is killing it at the greatest music festival in the world right now. (You'll need a VPN if you're outside the UK). The rest of the line-up is a killer as well, and streaming all weekend.
For those who want to see phoebe read a bed time story. BBC iPlayer - CBeebies Bedtime Stories - 831. Phoebe Bridgers - The Spectacular Suit
Pretty wild that Phoebe’s cover of The Gold is her second most popular on Spotify and it’s getting close to passing the original in number of plays
Seeing Phoebe in a week in Berlin and almost couldn't be happier! At least until I found out yesterday she also played in Milan, right the next day after I went there to see Thrice/Touche Amore, well and I was still there, stayed pretty close to that venue too hahah, I feel silly stupid now, could've saved some money on travel. Spending more time in IT would also feel great ehh. That gig was with Clairo on top of that... At least in Berlin I'll get a set from Harrison Whitford.
