Damn. She apparently played acoustic with her pianist on some podcast kinda show? Not sure what the show was so I wouldn't even know how to find it again. She played maybe 5-6 songs
I know the end would be sick but isn’t it too long for that type of performance? Thinking Kyoto & Garden Song.
I don't see why she wouldn't play Kyoto and Garden Song, weren't those tracks released leading up to the album? I can't remember her rollout of it, but I'd be kinda shocked if she played i know the end over something shorter, poppier, better-suited to an audience that doesn't know her.
Ahh, I did not see that performance, interesting! I don't know, I'm probably lining myself for lots of notifications but I just don't think I know the end is that good of a song probably falls into the middle or lower third for me from the record so I hope she plays something else. I'd lose it if she played Graceland Too, but that doesn't seem like a good song to put on national tv to drive streams/sales.
I Know the End would be ok for SNL, there's been a ton of 6+ minute performances the last few years. I feel like a ton of episodes this season have just ended with a musical guest anyway.
dang, just sat down to watch this after work and I see it's private. assuming this wasn't your YT upload, but if it is, let me be your friend! haha
Haha yeahh I mentioned this when someone else noticed the same thing: Wish I remembered what show it was so I could Google it
Pretty sure it was the bandsintown livestream concert series they just started. I haven't been able to find any videos from it though, was pumped when I saw this earlier today. Should have been irresponsible and watched this instead of working!
I know some of you are anticipating his music so: Charlie Hickey - Count The Stairs (February 26, 2020) • forum.chorus.fm
