apparently while bethpage black is known for its thick rough, its trimmed down immensely for this weekend. kind of a bummer, but at the same time, we arent really tuning in to see everyone play bogey golf haha

 

It's funny because while The Ryder Cup can make me root for Bryson when normally I don't - it still can't make me like Cantlay. lol

It's hard not to root for this Euro team.

 

Still far too early to tell and especially with it being on home turf - but not an ideal start by USA in the slightest.

I get that the majority of professional golfers are conservative and of all the sports Trump probably has the most support amongst players AND fans in golf but still is annoying and gross to see it.

I generally like Keagan but earlier in the morning when he was asked how his team was going to respond in the afternoon and he said some shit like "well the president just flew over in air force one so I think he's gonna bring us some good luck" was so cringey. I wanted Europe to put the fucking beatdown on the US this afternoon. lol

morikawa hasn't been relevant in four years and he's really showing why.

 

US team is cooked. My buddy is going tomorrow and i feel bad because its gonna be over by noon lol

 

Sad to see for the US team, but like I said the other day. The Europe team is just easy to root for. I really wish it was competitive going into Sunday but looks like for the 3 time in a row we are going to get a dud of a Sunday where it's not an if but when the euros clinch.

 

at least we had a fun as hell sunday
