  1. It really would be impossible without a ball spotter in those conditions.

    I stink at golf but there are few things I hate more than having to drop because my ball is in some thick rough and I can’t find it.

    bethpage black tournament condition rough is a living nightmare

  3. The hardest course I’ve ever played was Tobacco Road near Pinehurst. It was awesome.

    Front 9, I somehow shot a 44 and I was ecstatic.

    Back 9……shot a 63 lol

    I shot a 73 at Tobacco Road from the one ups a few years ago. My lowest proper 18 ever is 66, and this 73 blew the doors off that. Wild greens, incredible curve on the holes and some shots that just feel impossible.

    Having watched a lot of lead up to this tournament, I am certain I would not break 100 even with a ball spotter and decent length and accuracy off the tee. At best, I’ll make a lot of bogeys. At worst, a double digit number would be in play on every hole.

    I think Jason Day’s 150 is not far off for a bogey golfer.
