Small Plates and Haircut are great older ones. Big Bad is a fantastic one-off. Both Lean into Life and USA are great and different albums, though I’m ready for the next phase. Hope he keeps it weird despite getting fairly big in the last 1-2 years
Big Bad is absolutely one of his best songs, was sad to see it dropped from the set for the USA tour. I hope this song is from the forthcoming album, not the Big Bad of the USA era. The real under the radar ones (at least in that I don’t think he ever plays them) are More to Life than Baseball and Perfect Teeth. Even accounting for his first singles coming out right before Covid, dude is very quickly putting together an awesome discography
Cannot believe hes playing my childhood hometown (manchester, vt) and my current city (portland, me) def doubling up!
he didn’t but I feel like it’s safe to assume one if on the way, the 2 new ones that aren’t model train town were also very good.
This is very good EDIT: it won’t embed but it’s post’s live streaming Nirvana concert during Covid https://www.youtube.com/live/f7eaGcIyhPU?si=F1AD8_iqI3Hq8V4m
