I somehow forgot how important Shame was to me, re-visiting it now and feeling *things*. I don’t think I ever listened to the last EP, I’ll have to do that soon.

 

definitely check out the ep, Comfort gets me every time. seeing Kiley play these songs live is something special.

i liked the EP but Shame was way too magical for it to come close. that record makes me feel vulnerable but also that it's okay to be vulnerable. she's amazing and deserves way more attention. hope this one gets her there

I still think her sound was more unique on Shame but that's just a real good tune

 

love tightrope

 

I like them both, but I think Better Than You sounds more like a good indie rock song, vs Tightrope which sounds uniquely Petal.

 

I like this even better than Shame so far, and I used to listen to Shame on repeat every day at night. Better Than You is the absolute jam and this new song is just great.

 

'Tightrope' has me really excited for this.

 

this record is truly remarkable and leaps and bounds better than the already very good Shame

 

Awesome! Does it follow this sort of alt rock sound or does it branch out a bit more? I love both songs and would be fine with a straight up rock album from them
