On the second palace. Game is awesome

 

Three Persona spinoffs announced:

Persona 3 Dancing Moon Night and Persona 5 Dancing Sun Night. Out for PS4 and Vita in Spring 2018 (in Japan)

Persona Q 2 for 3DS, only info is this site: Persona Q2 Please Wait for Next Information! with the title and the Phantom Thieves logo.

 

I didn't really like Persona Q the first time around. I think I should revisit it.

 

yeah i got bored of persona q pretty early on, never played the rhythm games, they seem cool but i cant bring myself to spend money on something that seems so ephemeral. im just waiting on persona 5 arena tbh

 

arena is the most interesting of the spinoff brands but we're not gonna get one for a little while, ArcSys is pretty busy. persona's in their upcoming crossover game so i bet we'll get a P5 character in that game and then P5A in 2019+

 

yeah im not expecting it any time soon, i definitely agree that we'll see p5 character in the crossover, either joker or morgana i think

 

Officially 100 hours into this (I'm at about December 23rd) and I think it's my favorite game

that Shido battle was tough. I stayed up until 3 am trying to beat him last night but ended up going to bed in frustration. Switched up my party a bit and finally did it this morning. Also I just found out I have the ability to switch party members in battle and that would have made things much easier lol...

 

Just finished. Wow. I've never been so sad about completing a game before. I just want to run around and hang out with my confidants

 

Finally finished tonight. What a great game, I already want to do a NG+

 

On the third palace. Loving every second of this.

 

I'm about level 55 on my NG+ and I decided to do an attempt at the Caroline/Justine fight...

I need to level up badly

 

It's more so having the right abilities than it is leveling. I haven't beat it either, but the strats I've seen making it doable at lower levels. Like FFXIII, buffs and debuffs see your best friend and make the game simple.

 

Alright I'm about 55 hours in and have confirmed what the fifth palace is.

What an interesting story with lots of twists and mysteries. This is the kind of game I truly appreciate. Will have more detailed thoughts when I'm finished.

I like how many different characters and subplots are in this.

I don't enjoy going around Mementos, I'm just here for the XP/treasure/whatever its mystery is, lol

 

At the level I was at I was just instantly getting the full party knockdown and all-out attack so I definitely had to level haha, but yeah buffs and debuffs made winning the fight once I was at a proper level a cakewalk

 

Anyway on playthrough 3 now because why not

 

well i'm at the point where they're getting super impatient now, and run off to the 5th palace by themselves. so..this shall be interesting lol

 

losing SP fast, had to take a break from the 5th palace a bit earlier than i wanted. time to increase some skills
just found out going to the bathhouse increases charm? lol. guess i should do that. my knowledge and guts are really high.

 

max out the clinic asap. She has the best items for keeping you going.

 

Best thing I did was wear an accessory that filled SP each turn

 

where did you get it? just a random treasure? that's been a big issue throughout my playthrough

Took a long break for Destiny.

On the 4th palace. Love the Egyptian theme.
