i got to spend almost all day at work sitting in on interviews for the HR Director position here and lemme tell you it's been amazing spending several hours judging people

My supervisor left over the summer and they're just now looking into hiring someone and it's basically just me in my department so it's going to be really weird having someone else as my superior when i'll have been here much longer than them, especially when i'm probably going to be training them on our system lol
