actually depending on how far you want to go with your costume, disney has new rules about adults dressing up. its way stricter than the rules for children (of which there are almost none)

It’s probably more accepted now more than ever for adults to dress up at Disney. See it all the time and never crosses me as weird.

 

I judge the shit out of those people. Nicole knows I can't tolerate any decorations of that sort and she dislikes them herself, thankfully. If it's got sentimental words on it, we won't hang it in our house. It's always "fun" going into other homes and seeing "live laugh love" and other obnoxious sayings plastered all over the walls.. then we get to make fun of their awful decoration choices in secret and on the trip home.

Yes, we know that your home is precious. We know that you like being alive and laughing is cool and love is tight.

 

I don't actually hate kids, I have enormous anxiety around the idea of having my own though - both because I'm terrified of passing down a lot of shit, and also for the sacrifice it means to have one. And seeing kids be annoying in public just reminds me I am so not ready for it lol, if ever.
