I miss the one handed use of the 4/5 model. The Xs is better, but still about .25-.5" too large for my hands to use comfortably

 

I used my fiances X for 5 minutes and it wasn't even that great. Dropping $1500CAD on a phone is not the best but I guess I'd do it if my current phone breaks. I do give apple props for making quality phones that last. That's why I don't think it's a great idea to get a new apple phone every year because they're meant to last like 10.

 

I think the sweet spot is around 5".
