Today I was trying to explain my love of hatewatching/laughwatching ghost adventures and specifically Zak bagans and the person I was talking too just didn't get it and I felt so misunderstood

Basically gonna try and get a fellow manager fired.

Every time we open together I am in charge of opening the safe she in charge of opening the concessions stand every single time she comes in late. And I don’t mean 5-10 minutes. I mean 25-40 minutes late which means that I have to get the safe ready while simultaneously opening the concessions stand while being the only manager in the building. One time it was like 10 minutes to open and she still hadn’t shown so I called her and she was still asleep. Well yesterday we were supposed to be there at 8:45 and 9:15 rolled around and no sign of her. Rather than calling her. I figured I’d rather have my shift suck and be able
to use this against her than call and wake her up. I finally got a text from her around 10:10, after doors were already open. She got there around 10:30-10:40, two hours after her shift was supposed to start. Rather than apologizing, one of the first things she said to me was, “why didn’t you call me!?” which is completely indicative of her incapability to take any responsibility for her actions.

Here’s where I really have her though. I found out that when she comes in late she falsifies her time by writing it in the book so it doesn’t look like
she came in late. So she’s getting paid for my work. Today she wrote that she came in at 8:50am and I have a text after 10am saying that she is on her way. I also took a picture of her falsified time and the employee guidelines that state that disciplinary action up to and including termination can be taken for falsifying one’s timecard.

I think the worst thing about this though is that she thinks she is hot shit. She has a very strong personality and she uses that as a guise for the fact that she isn’t actually a good manager. She talks tough and puffs herself up but it’s all smoke and mirrors. Anyways, knowing my GM he’ll do absolutely nothing.
