FYI they also added AFO Lanebreak classes! Longer than a lot of the instructor led versions (and no talking).
Hello, I have the app now but not a fancy peloton bike. I don't usually cycle but I did try the carly rae jepsen cycling workout and it was fun so I may incorporate cycling into my routine more often. Today I was just not feeling it and tried to do the CRJ arm weights one and I was already cranky and the instructor was so cheery and smiley I could not do it and I have never been so annoyed in my life. The enthusiasm is fun when I'm feeling it but makes me feel murderous when I'm not lol
Got a peloton in December and it’s been a lot of fun. Anybody in this group follow each other? also, do they take classes off the app? Don’t see this alleged emo ride.
Jon Hosking has my favorite treadmill workout and if it ever gets taken off I will cry. It is only 20 min so I tack it on at the end or as a lil bonus and It has the subways and bloc party and the strokes on it and it's the only one in that genre/music scene I've rly found, tho obv I haven't looked through every workout. It's the only peloton workout I have ever cared to do more than once cause I get bored easily. He has some similar ones musically but that one is my favorite all the way thru
