EDIT, nevermind, just kept scrolling. My 30 min PR is 403. Gonna have to do the Bolt ride. Although I'm been focused on lifting lately and haven't been riding much in the past two months.

Nah, not at all. My highest output has been 130. Granted I’m a mere 120 pounds and fairly short. But I’m always shocked at people getting in the 400s. Like how are y’all doing that?
High resistance and cadence. I thrive out of saddle. 65-70 resistance and 70-75 cadence.
My cadence is typically 70-80 and resistance is 45-65 out of the saddle.
Thrive out of the saddle?! Sheesh. Always feels like ya boy gonna tip over when I’m out of the saddle
I love it. I do 10 and 15 min climb rides regularly as well.
My first 30 min ride I did 115 KJ and on that bolt ride I did 214. That's about 13 months apart. Maybe in another 13 I'll get to 400 lol
That math adds up.
