    never did vibe w/ lo tom for some reason but its gloomy and cool here so its officially Control season for me.

    I started with Phoenix, so this Lo Tom record is my second Bazan album and I’m digging it so far!

    But part of it just makes me want to hear a new Pedro album because I just really dug that sound and DB’s arrangements a whole lot. I also found the lyrics on Phoenix to be a little more captivating, but I think that’s to be expected given how personal and nostalgic that album was.
