Backspacer is great, but I got into PJ with Lightning Bolt hahaha

No Ten nostalgia clouding my judgement

  8. Also biased because Avocado was their first album I bought after just hearing the "classic hits" on the radio

I really like Backspacer except the McCready tune. To me it feels kinda like Eddie Vedder & The Heartbreakers or somethin' and I like that rootsy feel coming thru.

Big BIG phan of The Fixer

Yeah, The Fixer is fantastic. I like Got Some too.

The versions of Just Breathe & Unthought Known on their Live on Ten Legs album are absolutely gorgeous too.

  16. Someone mentioned Talking Heads and I definitely hear that. I’m diggin’ it.

Happy to see consensus here, not so much in other places.

The last part is frickin infectious.

Stand back when the spirit comes...

I always forget how good this band is. New song is fantastic.

The Talking Heads comparison is spot on. For the last minute I almost started singing "Aaaaallllll I waaaaant is to breaaathe" over the top of it.
