You’re where I was 2 years ago haha. One of the many late 80s/early 90s alt/slacker rock bands I got into once I turned 40 and stopped being picky.

 

Love Pavement. The Hard Quartet album from last year is great too. Still need to check out the Jicks.

I love that record, might be my favorite too, I prefer the Farewell Horizontal version tho

 

Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain is my shit

 

I'm also of the mind that Brighten the Corners is underrated

 

Wowee Zowee for me. Nice and weird but still catchy.

 

that's the most beloved for sure

 

i might have to drive 2.5 hours to see the movie in a theater next month

 

Really wanna see the film, but I dunno if it's getting a wide release in the UK.
