new songs are so much better than kindred, the production actually has some life to it

 

Kindred is fucking great. I'm going to get a tattoo based on Lifted Up (1985).

Also, really into the new songs released so far. Passion Pit is my third favorite artist. This seems to be a collection of unreleased songs, but I'm fine with that. He's teasing to "stay tuned" so I'm guessing that means it will be released officially.

 

i really hope we get a repressing of their first 2 LP's + Chunk of Change EP. they all go for like 100$ + dollars from what i've seen

At this point I'm kinda just waiting/hoping this gets a proper release because I only listened to the first three songs or so (all of which were great)

Was coming on here to say just that. Awesome stuff. Really hoping all this music culminates in a new album. I have loved it all so far.

 

Michael did a Reddit AMA... Apparently he's making/finishing these songs the night before they're uploaded. (and he's uploading them from his studio).

 

In that case, these are fantastic. Pretty incredible!

Looking forward to getting this in HQ. It's cool artists doing stuff like this (also thinking of ANOHNI sending the final track from her EP out to people who emailed her). Would love to see more of it in the future, although I prefer ANOHNI's method.

 

I'm super into the idea to get this album (is it just the tracks released on youtube?) but execution seems like a disaster for everybody. There are literally apps for "retweet and get THIS THING" but I have to publicly give out my email address and then Michael has to go through and individually gather the addresses to send them out?

Gossamer is my favorite album ever. So I'm really beyond excited for Tremendous Sea Of Love. I really hope I get the e-mail soon.
