Whole situation is a mess. You do find it hard to believe that the drummer didn't know about his own brother being in court until they saw screenshots from the court docs online. Feel for Winston having to be the 'face' of that video and do think they're trying to do the right thing with the statement video but he even says himself that they knew the guy could be bad and still actively choose to work with him for 20+ years. Doesn't reflect well on them at a minimum but I can imagine this is causing a lot of problems.
