Of course they did “5000 Candles.” Every choice was super obvious & perfect fan service. The only surprise was how well it actually worked! Like, shit, such a nostalgic, warm hug. Left me wanting more, kinda, but the tediousness I feared probably would’ve happened if it’d been an hour. Really was the perfect length for this kinda thing. Come in, do its thing, hit the basic Parks beats perfectly, then peace out.
About what I expected, absolutely packed with fan service and barely an actual story, but I didn't care because I loved it all. So nice to see them all "together" again, and 5000 Candles in the Wind is probably the dumbest song that makes me tear up whenever I hear it Bobby Newport trying to pronounce coronavirus might have been my biggest actual laugh though lol
That was basically all fan service but I’m definitely not immune to fan service and it really hit the spot tonight Also Billy Eichner must’ve pissed Schur off or something.
Yes! I actually said that during and my dude and I were talking about her having a commercial with a cash app asking for donations $moneypleaseee Lmaooo ugh. Hire us nbc
i imagine that getting every good character is more of an issue because this was only a half hour long. with commercials
Yeah, really no need to try and shoehorn Eichner in there. I liked the ads and TV middle part of it the best, but was surprised to see how game everyone was for it and slipped into their characters. I thought maybe Aziz and Chris Pratt might feel above it at this point, but they were both funny.
