that is a hilarious, and sustainable, role to be typecast in. "please show no emotion or bias in anything you act in". dudes got it made
It was an interesting tidbit! I remember how pleasantly thrilled I was when I started noticing him in things
Jerry is on Friends, he tells Chris Pratt's ex Anna Faris, who is placing her kid up for adoption, that Chandler and Monica are a doctor and a priest because he fucks up the files
Speaking of Friends, Jerry was also in the movie Ed (the baseball playing monkey starring Matt LeBlanc)
you know what's funny? tonight i went to an independent theater for a special showing of when harry met sally, and the one guy who introduced the film said something about how we're all here to have a great valentine's day, so i took that moment to bite the bullet and shout "GALentine's Day!" from my seat. dude asked me to repeat and several more people (women, mostly) shouted the same thing. clearly not knowing the reference, he basically shrugged and was like "well, okay then. who here is celebrating galentine's day?!" to which over a dozen people (again, primarily female) started cheering. my proudest moment on this earth
So happy I got my girlfriend addicted to this show. She already wants to watch it again. Says's she preferred this over The Office.. Edit: and I think I agree with her. P.S. Treat Yo Self!
I'm also going through this with my wife and it's her first time. This is my favorite show ever and really makes me feel better when things are going to shit.
There are just some episodes of this show that are some of the best comedic moments in television history because not only are they hilarious, but they have genuine emotions behind them. I care about the characters and am invested in the universe they've built.
Thinking back on the show, Leslie’s crush on Joe Biden...did not age well lol also this thread kinda goes along with that about her looking up to Hilary and then Venezuela episode https://twitter.com/ruckcohlchez/status/1250682228650020864?s=21
