I got into a big fight with my father on the phone this morning about a show, and it basically boiled down to us both being Ben at the same time. Lol.

 

Ben is the best. In counting moments where I've teared up, Ben has the most haha. Plus I aspire to be Ben. So far all I've got is the depression and anxiety though.

 

Tell Me You Love Me apparently has zero gifs on the internet.

 

Seeing this in 3D is one of my all-time favorite theater experiences. It was hysterically funny.

 

Of course I can’t find a gif, but to this day, the scene where Leslie accidentally scares Ben and he hits his head on the wall makes me laugh until I almost pass out.

That one is also responsible for me almost passing out a time or two. Ben’s roll. “I think I cracked the bottom of the toilet bowl”. Fuck..lol

 

I was dying earlier. Then I died. Now I’m dead.

 

I think it’s time for my first real rewatch of this.

i was rewatching season 2. it felt so seamless the way they introduced ben and chris (last few episodes of the seasons)

i wonder how that worked out behind the scenes, if they intended the 2 to be recurring characters because by s6 you would’ve hardly thought there was a time when those 2 weren’t in the show, Ben especially since he was there since.

 

I think Rob Lowe was a stunt casting since the show was struggling in the ratings in the beginning

IIRC Adam Scott was always supposed to stay on but Rob Lowe was originally supposed to only be in a couple episodes

I might be mixing that up with Pratt's story though

 

I just always assumed Brendanaquits leaving was what made them add Ben.

Never really understood why that added Craig tho

 

Yea on Wiki it was suppose to be a few guest spots but then he signed a multi-year deal

 

Weren’t Lowe and Poehler not on good terms by the end?
