    Ugh I was hoping the IMAX version would not screen near me but now I’m debating wether I need to see it again. IMAX feels kinda pointless for this one but FOMO may get the best of me

    I'm not trying to say Parasite was plagiarism just as a writer it's funny where you realize inspiration comes from in retrospect sometimes. I wonder if Bong Joon-ho watched this episode.

    Just watched this and i think my mouth was agape for the last half of it.

    Also the family could have totally figured out the Kims were conning them if they did their research and found Illinois State is in Normal which is like 3 hours OUTSIDE of Chicago smh. A reddit comment says the movie translation is wrong and should be University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign but that is STILL wrong smh smh

    To be fair, I think it’s common for “Chicago” to cover anywhere in Illinois and probably most of the midwest when people from outside the US are talking about it. I also thought it was rad to see my hometown mentioned in this movie so I’m sticking with the Illinois State translation haha
