How normal is this? I never usually think about it, but 5 months seems an eternity from first single drop.

 

Yeah I'm not surprised to learn it's out this far away, I figure there must be some vinyl delays in play as that has become the norm since COVID hit?

 

it’s becoming a bit more common due to vinyl delays but it’s longer than usual for sure

 

Self titled was December to April (4 months), Brand New Eyes was 3 months if memory serves. After Laughter was definitely a change up. Maybe it’s as I get older but I don’t mind longer roll outs. I’m loving TWY’s new album this week and I’ve already forgotten how long the roll out was. Throw in a busy festive season and I bet it passes very quickly!
