$90 is more reasonable than $125. For 2 tickets, almost $300 seems crazy. But the additional fees are definitely the issue with purchasing tickets. Such a scam.
Unfortunately everything in Chicago is more expensive it's just the way it is. $105 for balcony is just about what I expected. $125 for the floor was actually better than I expected, I would've guessed like $150
That's what they say, but I've signed up for plenty of these presales before, and the times I haven't gotten a code the first time around, I never heard of a second round of codes going out.
Got floor for Toronto - it was $128 Canadian with fees and box seats for Chicago for $116 each with fees.
Couldn’t even get into today’s presale. I was stuck in the queue until it redirected me to the countdown page for tomorrow’s general sale.
Lol. By the time I got in to look at available tickets they’re all verified resell and the cheapest one is $200. Fuck this shit.
Yea...I struck out. What is even the point of the verified fan thing? I happened to be on IG when they posted the tour and signed up for Cincy in like 30 seconds - and still got waitlisted. But then there are what would have to be "verified fan" resell tickets for 4x-5x face during the public on sale today. There's someone asking $650 each for 2nd level tickets.
As soon as I saw verified fan I knew there was almost zero chance I was going to this. Live Nation/TM is a top 3 evil corporation. Maybe the most evil.
I got my code through a new account I made on Sunday afternoon. It seems like it's a random selection.
My buddy was on the waitlist too. He ended up buying resale for the Cincy date for way over what I paid
Just looked at Atl again. $358 for GA and a seat in the second level of the balcony for $1,234. What the fuck is wrong with people
The new album has been mixed. It was done by Grammy-award winning mixer, Manny Marroquin. I see a lot of credits with Kanye, but you can see the rest of his work here. Most recently, he just finished the upcoming 1975 album and the newest Kendrick Lamar too. Source: Producer Crosstalk: Manny Marroquin
Good find! Crazy how little tidbits of info come from the most unique sources. I'm ready for new Paramore!
I remember a Kerrang! “Introducing” article when this came out when I was 13/14 and thinking a female fronted emo band that nobody else seemed to know was the coolest discovery ever. (Pretty sure this was a bit behind America so they were probably more popular over there) Then at 18 during the BNE tour, all my flat mates went to a gig and met them at a club during an after party - I didn’t go as I had work. Naturally I was jealous when they woke me up at 3am to tell me but stayed up with them due to the excitement. I slept in and got let go from that job the next day I also now feel old.
I was on their street team in the early days and got a shit ton of AWKIF posters, stickers, and a bunch of FBR label sampler CDs. I got waaaay more stuff than I was able to give to the local record stores around me haha. AWKIF has so many memories attached to it. Love that album so much.
