I think it's fun. And funny. I just feel like it breaks up the flow of the record when I listen to it as a whole. Especially lyrically. "Hate to See Your Heartbreak" puts you in a sober mood leading into the final few tracks and then a funny song about stalking comes out of nowhere. I could see people loving it for that same reason though. The self-titled is a fun record more than anything after all.
I think BNE is a good place to start as well. But Riot! has so many classic Paramore songs to get you into their sound and it might be fun to follow that up with BNE and the self-titled to see how they progress.
Im going to listen to their self titled rn I will get back to you guys and tell you what my favorite songs and stuff
I just got finished listening to Paramores self titled and i enjoyed it. My favorite songs were Grow Up, Aint It Fun, Still into you and i liked 1:00 to 2:00 on Proof. I am going to listen to this a couple more times in the following week and then i will move onto some of there other albums
I really didn't like "Grow Up" when I first heard it. Now I love it. Definitely one of my favorites on that record!
Over 4 years since the last album :(. The gap from BNE to self-titled was just over 3 years, and that felt like forever. However, with that, we had singles club in 2011. This is the longest we've had to wait.
He probably doesn't have a show until Monday, they're usually M-F 12pm-2pm ET Actually he's broadcasting from coachella at this very moment lol
