I'm so excited to see her posting about writing and being in the studio. The hooplah around S/T's release was one of my favorite times in Paramore history and I really think this new album will be something special.
After Parahoy I have no doubt they'll be back on top with their next album. The energy was insane and the band seemed so so happy. Excited for whatever comes next

Taylor plays drums pretty well doesn't he? I imagine he puts stuff down while they're writing and then when it comes round to recording it, they'll get Aaron to do it.
Fav band/fav thread. I think this time next year we'll have some new music. Paramore have only constantly improved upon each album (for me at least) and I hope this next one continues that trend.
maybe not if they are in studio now, he has been pretty busy with underoath. Also, really glad to see they played Future live on Parahoy. I've always hoped that they would lean into that direction on the next album.
I'd like to see them explore more in that direction as well. You only need to look at the live version of Let The Flames Begin to know that they could really delve into that expansive, epic sound and pull it off.
As far as drumming on the new album goes: it'll most likely be Aaron, Ilan Rubin, Will Noon, or even all three. Or maybe someone completely different. I'd love to hear Cyrus Bolooki on some Paramore tracks but I don't think that would ever happen
The first half of Future is perfect. I love that sound for them so much. The second half is a nice idea that I don't think is executed all that well.
Sort of agree and disagree; it's not exactly the greatest bit of post rock/shoegaze/whatever you want to call it but at the same time, it kind of works for me, I don't know why.
Someone filmed their q&a on parahoy and from the way Taylor was talking about his current artistic headspace, I think we can expect them to lean a little less pop on this one. What I loved most about s/t was that they tried literally everything, but I'm definitely excited to see a more focused, cohesive sound from them this time around.
