Really vibing with the guitars on Figure 8, some light MTB vibes

 

I’m too lazy to find a way to listen today. I’ll join in tomorrow. But it’s kind of funny that some comments feel like “spoilers” LOL and others have zero context and I’m left confused.

 

I don’t know why I was scared I wouldn’t like this, they never disappoint . “Holy shit” was said many times listening to this for the first time. Loving this

 

So this morning I was like “I don’t love any of this” besides the closer. Listened again on the way home and I am stupid. Lol.

 

Just got around to watching this, Taylor's opening up and the whole section with Hayley talking about her relationships with people including with Taylor sent me

 

"You First", he talks about it around the 29 mins mark on the video above.

 

i heard them say "you first" but i thought they meant you answer the question first. i'm not familiar with the tracklist.

 

just finished my first listen. absolutely in love with this. there’s so much care taken to allow enough room for each instrument to breathe. the entire album exudes a lightness and everyone shines. crave is up there with one of the best tracks they've ever written. phenomenal album

I've listened to this a stupid amount of times today, I love it so much. Really sounds like a perfect combination of Paramore/PFA. So many jams on this thing.

 

I was really stoned watching this last night and rewound it like 10 times thinking they were talking about “Running Out Of Time”. Glad that’s cleared up ha.

 

Just had an edible and a few tokes on my pen. Ready to dive in!

sorry if this has been said before, I held off when it came out as a single but Hayley's spoken word on that second verse in C'est Comme Ca is so Corey Taylor it throws me off lmao. the "lucky for me I run on spite and sweet revenge" bit

 

Am I crazy or does "You First" harmonically sound a lot like a post punk version of decode.

 

Running Out Of Time is insane

 

You First is just incredible

 

I’m personally not a fan but if you like the C’est Comma Ca song you need to listen to the band Dry Cleaning immediately.

 

C’est Comme is such a bad song but i’m very excited to give this a whirl in full tomorrow

 

all we know is falling and after laughter are masterpieces but this was a pain to sit through. i like the title track and the verses in crave though, they sound like fleetwood mac or something to me.
