Paramore deserve criticism here as well, the artist chooses whether to utilize dynamic pricing, not Ticketmaster.

 

Some states don’t allow the artist to opt out of it.

 

The entire tour is using dynamic pricing. I’m not coming down on Paramore here but TM isn’t the only bad guy, these artists are taking advantage of the additional revenue while letting TM take the PR hit.

The sticker shock next week for the Taylor tickets will be insane.

 

I don’t see the pricing being that way in Orlando.

 

when I got in GA floor was $160, had them in my cart, but then they were gone. all of a sudden tickets were $300. just going to stick to small shows

 

Lower level and Floor are both in the dynamic tier, $250-299 for a seat right now. After fees you’re looking at over $300/ticket.

Again, this isn’t a Paramore only issue, but they’re def taking part in it. It would be cool to see an act take a stand against this and say no to the Dynamic Pricing. Has anyone seen an act do this yet?

The only recent tour I can think of that didn’t looks to have DP was that Muse/Evanescence tour, not sure if the demand (or lack thereof) had something to do with it.

 

200 level for Indy is $40-50 plus fees

100 is $95

floor is sold out

 

I love that from here on out every time a big artist goes on tour we’ll have the dynamic pricing argument.

 

Because there’s not much demand for this show, same with the St Louis and Pittsburgh date. It’s legit cheaper to travel 4-5hrs from your city to see a tour in a smaller market now.

 

no one is pro Ticketmaster so that might be a fun niche to get into

 

I’m sure one of the weirdos that only post on the news posts are pro Ticketmaster.

 

When I looked earlier, I must have gotten a glitch or something. It only showed $85 tickets remaining. But I checked again and I now see what you were seeing.

Literally watched prices for the 100 sections rise from $100 to $190 in real time while trying to buy tickets. Fucking absurd

Ended up getting 400 section but at least I'll be in the building

Right?!? A bunch just popped up this weekend. Been looking for a reasonably priced resale ticket for a month and now these come up. Such an unfair tease.

Beyond frustrating. Well, there’s still a day left - maybe something will pop up for you! I’m not sure what you consider reasonable but I got mine for just under $300 after fees although it’s obviously all the way at the top. Good luck!
