You know, just thinking about it, if a concert even bothers to have verified fan presales, it’s very much obviously going to be in demand. Why bother with the charade and not just show up front what the exorbitant prices are going to be? At least that way it saves us the disappointment. These insane prices hurt so much more when you spend hours waiting in queues and furiously refreshing just to finally see a ticket far out of your price range.

 

idk the justification for pool but to me grudges and caught in the middle are the obvious sonic outliers on the record. They’re the weirdest to me.

on a similar point, it’s silly to me to call it protection from scalpers and bots when these are the prices scalpers and bots would charge. Yes we rest assured it’s a real ticket, but we’re not saving anything. I always felt good a Ticketmaster or stubhub resale ticket was legit. Just be straight forward and market it as supply and demand.

 

Exactly. It’s just them wanting to get part of the pie. Any other justification is embarrassing.

 

The idea that Ticketmaster would ever do anything to help the customer in any way is incomprehensible

 

For Amex presales, does anyone know, do you HAVE to use the Amex card for the purchase, or is just having it saved in your account enough since it gets you in the presales? Don’t want to lose tickets because I tried to use my other card.

This fucking sucks. I just wasted my time selecting floor tickets because they kept showing up as available and then getting a “sorry another fan has beat you to these tickets”. Now only 200 level are available. And can’t even get 3 together.

Welp, after furious refreshing, I ended up buying Madison square garden tickets for 2 119 level seats for Tuesday, and then saw 2 floor for Wednesday and was so shocked it went through that I bought those too….

really hope I can sell those 119 seats. I would even take a slight loss on them lol. If anyone in here wants em let me know.

 

How was it looking for remaining seats in Orlando? Hoping to get a code for tomorrow.
