this is an incredibly delightful read. surprised to hear their contract with Warner/Atlantic/FBR went this long. wonder who they'll go with beyond TIW.
i feel the same way. "this is why i don't leave the house" is the only part of the song that stuck with me after only hearing it once, so yeah, it's catchy as fuck and i wish it expanded on that particular melody more in the final chorus, at least.
I'm so curious what the setlist will be with their tour starting on Sunday. I'm assuming besides maybe Pressure or Emergency, All We Know Is Falling will be pretty much nonexistent and same with Riot, save for That's What You Get. Misery Business might still be off the table, but then again Hayley performed it with Billie Eilish back in April so she might have changed her mind.
I'm going to try really hard not to look at setlists for this tour. They can't disappoint me, so I just want to be surprised
surprised Urban Outfitters hasn't put a variant up yet (although kinda glad because their shipping is atrocious, even if i did buy Petals for Armor from them).
I’ve only heard it once so far hmm… I don’t want to wear it out but I want to scream it at WWWY… maybe I’ll just stop streaming it after the fest haha
once yesterday, plus another with the music video, and then one more time today. now time to hold out as long as i can until i cave into another listen. my goal is at least mid october
It’s more I prefer listening to full albums vs random songs released on their own. If I hear it again it won’t bother me. But I want to hear it in context of the album more than just putting this on repeat.
The chorus is SO GOOD on this song. Involuntarily bobbing my head to get some work done today. I loved it on the first listen but it keeps getting better 20+ plays in. I wish the album release wasn't so far out, but damn this song crushes.
