If you ever get the chance to check it out I highly reccommend it. It's an awesome venue They usually get a lot of stuff there that hits amphitheaters and it's a much better experience
Very much want to go to this, very much think I’ve spent too much money on Paramore in the past year. Just take my wallet.
A Saturday in June seems like the perfect day for Kerfuffle and not an ideal off day for the band. I can see Paramore/Foster the People headlining with the usual 4-5 other alternative bands billed before them. Plus Kerfuffle was Saturday June 17th last year... Almost makes too much sense!
Is there some other presale other than the Ticketmaster fan verified presale email that's going out next week? I'm trying for the Philly date.
My head is so far up this band's ass that I'm sitting here admiring the tour poster. What a nice tour poster.
Tour poster is pretty great. Foster the People has pretty high billing here, their name is practically the same size at Paramore's. Nothing about this seems to indicate it's a co-headliner but seems like they're going to get probably a full hour, maybe even 1:15 like Paramore had on Monumentour.
Yea I thought it was a co-headliner at first but then I realized it's really just a Paramore tour which made me proud. FTP will definitely have at least an hour though. The set-up definitely seems similar to something like Monumentour.
I will be on vacation and not coming back to Philly until the day after the show. Not gonna lie, I was almost tempted to look at an earlier flight back.
Is it confirmed there will be another opener? I assumed it was just foster the people opening for Paramore.
"The 26-city trek will wrap on July 24 in Morrison, CO at the famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre. A special guest will also be added to the tour and announced soon."
Totally feel you here. I do know part of it is the drive - our major cities are pretty far away from most others in the country, and it can especially be hazardous in wintertime. Another is a self-defeating cycle of shows often not drawing as well here, so bands don’t come, so they don’t get the exposure, so they don’t draw well. All of that said — isn’t this the second national tour in a row that Paramore’s not even coming to this part of the country?
Really hoping I make it into the Verified Fan presale for New Hampshire. Going to be flying solo at this show, so I'm aiming for a pit ticket.
That would be so cool, and she's about the size I would expect them to get. I thought of someone like Snail Mail, but I think they're probably a little too small, and I also thought of Bleachers, but they're probably a little too big. Mitski is right in the sweet spot.
I thought Foster was good at Mo Pop. Their new stuff is whatever, but getting to hear everything off Torches was well worth it.
