Not huge on the single but didn't like Now when it released either, so I'm excited to check out the record.

I think they were probably listening to a lot of The 1975, this is pretty "Love Me" esque.

 

Great how this is coming out so quickly!

 

Not surprised they're diving into the 80s sounds many bands are tapping into. The aesthetic the band is going with this album cycle is something I'm all about. Lyrically this song is pretty dark, and I can't stop dancing in my seat to it. I really wasn't expecting the album until June the earliest, but this comes out the week I graduate and start my road trip.

Kinda wish Hard Times wasnt the opener tho. Not a fan of opener singles before the album release date.

 

will absolutely give the album the benefit of the doubt and anticipate listening to it, but this song is just bad.

 

i noticed by the end but this is really daft punk influenced

into it

 

Really hope this is the only song they release. It would be so great to have only heard the first song and let the rest be a surprise

 

Love the new track. Embracing the 'what if we were born in the 80's' Paramore.

 

I'm looooooving this. It's so freaking fun and summery. Loving this new sound for sure.

 

Lyrics are pretty dark and the song titles seem to indicate that the record will follow suit

 

Maybe it'll take a Passion Pit turn and have super fun, happy music with gut-wrenching lyrics
