Best part of a new Paramore album is I have so many new choices of promo pictures to use in news posts now ... when members leave it's always a pain and getting great high-res ones is never easy.
Make it happen! He usually knows everything about those he interviews and this seems one of the rare time he didn't. He is human after all! Great interviewer though.
Seems like he pretty much had the record just before the interview with the way he's written lyrics and confirming them with the band and mentioning how he only just heard some of it pre-interview so that may be why. Fantastic interview once again though, I've loved following Zane through his career so seeing him where he is now is so heartwarming. Another great chat and loved hearing the band explain songs track-by-track.
Aye that would make sense. I like that he went through track-by-track because Kendrick didn't let him do that on the most recent one he did with him. I met him in 2006 back in the day, he's not changed. Still the same cool guy.
Caught In The Middle is such a fucking jaaaaaammmmmmmmmmmmm and that chorus bleeds all of the No Doubt vibes
YESSSSSS those reggae/ *gasp* ska pop vibes were so breezy and summery Anklebiters from the s/t gave me similar vibes
ok i filed my review, the substance of which is essentially that this is the most depressing album i've heard all year (not in terms of quality but in terms of the distance between the music and hayley's lyrics)
Gonna go for nice, lonely, midnight drive on my local highway and give this a spin for the first time. Can't wait.
