dunno who the bassist is but the other guitarist on the left is Justin York, Taylor's brother who toured with them during s/t

 

Justin York on the left upfront, Taylor's brother. bassist is Joey Howard on the back right, brother of Jon Howard who toured with them since 2010, recently left. Logan and Ryan on the back left, they play in Halfnoise with Zac.

Seems to be the unpopular opinion, but I really like the decision to leave him low in the mix

 

First listen of this was so overwhelmingly positive that I felt like I couldn't even spin it again afterward because there were just too many thoughts swimming around already. Will return to it tomorrow though. Multiple moments where I loudly and quite literally just started yelling OHHHHH FUUUUUUCCCCKKKKKKKK

First listen now (and loving it). Not sure if it's been mentioned yet as I woke up to a huge amount of pages to read through, but the vocal melody at 2:30 on "Fake Happy" reminds me of "Would I Lie To You?" by Charles & Eddie big time:

i find the verses of pool to be really boring, but it has a great chorus

 

I'm about to spin this for the first time, as someone who has never been all that huge on Paramore, but was really pulled in by the hook of Hard Times.

 

Looking at the set list ; did they play Hard Times twice? Lol

 

People... are dead in a good way? Only one more day. I guess I'll play this for the meantime.

 

Listened to it like four times while driving last night, can't wait to delve in again shortly with headphones. I love it though. Pool is like status.
