This album is better than most, but not all, of this list. Just sayin.

 

It very well might be but these two songs give me nothing except a shrug of confusion and cringe face coming out of the chorus of hard times and following the programming on her voice in the verses of told ya.

 

So yah know how reading your posts has made me feel for five years. ;)

 

Dammit, the wait for Friday is even worse now.

 

I like the two songs so far more than most of that list.

Going through their old stuff and this song is still so good, imo. Even the bad screaming.

 

Hayley sounds incredible on the new single, jeez

 

I hadn't listened to AWKIF for a long time because I've long assumed it's their weakest. My assumptions were correct. Although, I gotta say "Conspiracy" is hugely underrated. That song is excellent.

 

Let This Go still the best.

 

yeah AWKIF is pretty easily their weakest but songs like conspiracy and emergency are jams

 

Their whole catalog is extremely strong. With how young they were when they recorded AWKIF, it's still a great album in its own right.

 

Here We Go Again is a jam and a half too.

 

I don't like most of this 80s influenced alt pop stuff going around but these two songs are great

 

With all this talk of 80s influenced bands, is there a band out there that sounds like Huey Lewis & the News??
