love the drum machine and synths they used, i would've loved to see them do Told You So

 

just left from seeing them.

This band is so goddamn good.

I wouldn't necessarily agree, but I couldn't be mad about this opinion.

 

Fake Happy is my favorite track, and I think the one that resonates the most.

 

The other night I listened to the album and thought Grudges might be my least favorite song, and then today in the car I was thinking it might be my favorite, the "woo's" get me every time. Just goes to show how good this album is that it still has me going back and forth like this

 

pool, told you so, fake happy, rose colored boy are my faves in that order

grudges is pretty handedly my least favorite

not that I disliked it before but I gained a new appreciation for 26 seeing it live

 

Idle Worship, Pool, & Fake Happy

There are no bad songs though

 

My top three are probably Rose-Colored Boy, Idle Worship, and Fake Happy. 26 and Pools would round out my top 5. The album is so consistent, though.

 

I couldn't begin to pick a favorite. Gun to my head, I'd probably say Idle Worship.

When I think of my least favorite, I almost always think of Caught In the Middle first which makes me think it really is my least favorite. Then the bridge comes in and I'm all like, "Welp. Maybe I just don't have a least favorite."

 

I'm playing the album at my job today, and Hard Times really kinda hit me considering all of the tragedy and sadness this week has brought.

Paramore’s ‘After Laughter’ Is Like Pure Therapy

 

My friend bought me a Rose Colored Boy pin as a belated birthday present, and it should be arriving at my house next week!

 

I think this is my favorite bass playing performance record of all time

 

Seeing the band tonight, hoping whoever plays bass on this live lives up to this

 

So good. It’s all in the small stuff too. I love Forgiveness in particular bc it’s so subtle but once you really focus on it, it’s incredible.

 

The intro to “Pool” sounds a lot like the intro to Bruce Speringsteens “Tunnel Of Love”. I wonder if it was intentional like as a nod.
