Pool and Caught In the Middle are the songs that typically get stuck in my head so I went with Pool. I could make an argument for over half the album though which is bonkers.
I'd say Rose Colored Boy or Pool is a toss-up of these, but Forgiveness gets in my head quite a bit as well
This is how I feel about Idle Worship. Those verses get me going, and the chorus is fine, but not one of my favorites on the album.
It's very hard to pick between Rose-Colored Boy and Fake Happy but I might lean towards Rose-Colored Boy. Every song is great.
RCB "low key" section is the hookiest hook on the record to me. But the pre-chorus and chorus in Fake Happy would be a stronger 1-2 punch than just about anything on the album.
Got an update on Parahoy about the acoustic set for ordering on pre-sale (all the tickets were sold on pre-sale so everyone gets to go lol) and it made Parahoy feel very real for me, and I pretty much need to be there now.
I don't want to hear Caught in the Middle anymore. Song is infectious and I genuinely get an issue with hearing the chorus repeat in my head with that high note she hits in the later bars of it.
I think I get Rose Colored Boy stuck in my head more often than the other songs, but Caught in the Middle (the bridge especially) always creeps in.
I'm crossing my fingers for you! There's still a long time until the cruise so hopefully something opens up!
Rose-Colored Boy, Fake Happy, and Caught In The Middle have been stuck in my head since I first listened to the album.
Caught in the middle is the only track I actually dislike/always skip. Doesn't sound catchy to me at all.
Loveeee Caught In The Middle. The bridge is impossible not to dance to. Least favorite would probably be Grudges, but I still really enjoy that one.
Forgiveness is so good. That subtle bass line change in the second half of the second verse is too good.
They're gonna be at the fair though, which is statewide. I predict low sales and mid-set chants for Misery Business.
