Pray for the Wicked (Fuck A) Silver Lining Say Amen (Saturday Night) Nothing Rhymes With Love (Only You) Fuck Your Dreams Night Birds One This Time King Of The Clouds Cult Cobain Song list so far
Haven’t heard of Fuck Your Dreams or Nothing Rhymes with Love but Night Birds and One This Time are not newly registered songs. Let’s see if they actually surface this time around.
Kind of weird if two of the song titles have the word "fuck" in them, especially because they don't tend to curse in their lyrics that much
I don’t mind the song titles too much. If there’s one takeaway I have from listening to The 1975, it’s that silly song titles don’t detract from great songs haha
I know there is is no great way to make it fair for fans to get into The Grog Shop tonight, but making fans stand in line for 4 1/2 hour in 30-degree weather with no guarantee of even getting in is kind of a bummer. I'm jealous I can't even attempt to do that though due to work meetings all day/night. I still can't believe out of all the cities and venues in the world, they picked The Grog Shop in Cleveland Heights. This is blowing my mind.
What seems like a realistic time to get to Cleveland today? I might try and brave the cold but I know for sure that there will already be people waiting before the line starts.
It's one of those things - because of the weather - I cannot predict at all. Honestly, if it were nice out, I'd bet the line would be packed already. Because it's so cold, who knows? If I wasn't working today, I'd seriously go down to Coventry right now and just hang out at a nearby bar and keep tabs on the line and get in it when it started to pile up.
The Grog Shop commented on their event page for tonight with the below: We will have our security staff and Cleveland Heights Police in the area. You're more than welcome to hang out on the street, check out the awesome businesses (record stores, book store, vintage toy store and more!) and restaurants! There is great park across the street as well. We expect everyone to abide by the line up rule and be respectful to other fans! We're honored to have this opportunity and will strive our very best to make this a day you won't forget! My guess is if anyone shows up after 3:30 or 4, they're toast. I really don't know how they'll stop a crowd from forming a line if people try by like 1:30 or 2 p.m. though. It'll be utter chaos.
Dang, I'm flying into Cleveland TOMORROW evening. Looked into seeing if there was any way to change my flight to today, but it would have been like $400 last minute. Oh well, knowing that we're getting new Panic! music this week is enough. I just won't think about how I missed them in Cleveland by 24 hours.
Any Twenty One Pilots fans remember last summer at Express Live in Columbus, when the venue told fans they couldn't line up until 6am the day of? There was a giant mob of a thousand fans that stormed the venue and caused chaos in the streets at 6:01am.
Can report from the field. People are getting restless. There's well over the 400 here. It's going to be nuts at 3
It's not ideal but better than getting gouged online by asshole scalpers who deserve to be launched into the sun. Though they could make the tickets totally non-transferable and require you to show ID at the door, which would prevent scalping I suppose.
They had us lined up early. He said at last count, everyone will make it in. People are scummy and cutting though. We'll see haha
Oh man I would not be having any of that if I were there. Cutting is bad enough at a show where everyone already has their tickets, at something like this it's inexcusable.
Honestly, kinda curious to see all the drama that's going to happen with that line. That venue can't hold endless amounts of people. "No lines before 3pm". This is why we can't have nice things.
