Fun song. I absolutely loved Pray for the Wicked so will be interesting to see how this album compares.
Yeah I really like this song, I'm really glad he's not just going with more of the same. Hope the whole album is more rock-oriented like this
This feels like an appropriate song to announce the album - making it the opening album track makes sense too. It just isn't a MASSIVE song like we're used to hearing as a single after the past several albums. Maybe the follow-up single will hook more people though. With that said, I think V&V is my favorite album by them, and that album didn't have anything that felt as BIG as High Hopes, This Is Gospel, Hallelujah, etc. In fact, I think this new single sounds like one of the bonus tracks from V&V, now that I think about it - which is a compliment overall.
Probably explains why I'm not really impressed by the new track. V&V never really clicked with me and is my 2nd least favorite Panic album, just before Too Weird to Live.
I still think New Perspective should have been on the album as the lead single. One of their catchiest songs ever imo.
Scored tickets earlier with the Verizon presale code. Really excited to see them perform again. The last tour was a blast.
It's a good song. I much prefer this to the type of singles from the last few (say amen, high hopes, etc.) so hopefully this album will have less of those altogether. Also, aside from saying some questionable things on stage, why is he being painted as such a horrific person? He had 2 people in his camp that turned out to be horrible people and he nixed them, but I've not seen any concrete allegations against him in particular
I’m pretty certain he’s said and sung the n-word several times on stream. I also think he still hangs out with the abusers he took on tour with him
I didn't know that, I've never watched his stream and I just hadn't seen that in the articles. I had thought he kicked Zack to the curb fully, but if not then that really fucking sucks
