These last two songs are probably the most I've liked any Panic songs. I should give a proper listen to their discography before the new one drops
If these are your top two, you should listen to their last album Death of a Bachelor. Similar vibe, check out LA Devotee if you haven't yet.
Yeah I'm familiar with that track and a couple singles, I like those a lot too. Obviously I remember their singles/big tracks from Fever and PO but I'm not really familiar at all with V&V and Too Weird I really like the song Don't Threaten Me With A Good Time, I'll probs dig Death of A Bachelor
V&V is my favorite Panic! album, I think it's their closest to Fever but sounds a little more mature and a little more refined. DOAB is a party album full of the boppiest, catchiest shit. It's a lot of fun, kinda like jazzy-swing-manic-pop is how I'd describe it.
Pretty. Odd. is a weird one for me, it has some songs I think are completely perfect (She’s a Handsome Woman, Northern Downpour) and then some I just don’t like at all (When the Day Met the Night, Behind the Sea). I’d still say it’s a great album though. The good songs are really fucking good.
When the Day Met the Night is literally their best song. Behind the Sea is literally their worst song.
I can deal with in in Northern Downpour because of how good the rest of the song is. I still think it makes that song worse and stops it being one of my favourites.
Uhh...so anyone else receive a "Mystery Potato" in the mail today? Saw some of my Twitter mutuals receive them this morning, and when I checked the mail this afternoon, there it was. Seems that most of them, like mine, say "Pray!ng for the Fa!thless" however I've seen one with a picture of Brendon and one with the Panic! logo on it. Common link seems to be those receiving them preordered the album.
