I wouldn't be as harsh on it as Steve is, but at this point it's only above Death of a Bachelor for me
I still very strongly am here. The first era was the best, second era was a disaster, and the third era was reinvigorated and exciting again
Trade Mistakes is an all-timer for sure. Hoping we get a new album this year! I really love Pray For The Wicked.
Sarah Smiles and Nearly Witches are the only other two songs I'd consider OK after Always and The Calendar.
Oh man that Paul Revere Jumpsuit Apparatus clip got me so hyped. And I was also too young to really understand that name was a joke and I remember being confused that Brendon maybe started another band
It's pretty cool we got Nearly Witches and Lake Effect Kid in some capacity. I doubt that I Kissed a Boy has aged very well though.
I love V&V, I'd rank it right in the middle of their albums. Ballad of Mona Lisa, The Calendar, and Nearly Witches are some of my favorite Panic songs
Vices is probably second or third for me. Funnily enough The Calander and Always are my two least favourite songs on there. Trade Mistakes and Sarah Smiles are two of the best Panic songs.
Surprised to see so much Sarah Smiles love. For whatever reason, probably my least favorite Panic! song. I seriously never listen to it, I’m not really even sure why.
Any updates on a new album? I’d imagine he’s taking sometime off and possibly going for a longer recording time on this one after the huge success of the last record.
Yeah I'm wondering what the status on that is too. I'm very curious what sound he'll go for, he's obviously more successful now than he's ever been but I hope he still finds ways to keep surprising.
I agree, I always see people talking about how much they love that one. I think it's good, but not even top half of the album.
I heard High Hopes today for the first time in a while. Thought it was funny since this thread was just bumped.
Vices & Virtues is probably my 2nd least favorite of theirs, but it's nowhere near a terrible album. I'd say Pray > Bachelor > P.O. > Fever > V&V > TWTL
