I feel like pretty satisfied on what I've seen from most Panic! albums except Pretty Odd. I'd love a deep cut or two from that thrown in one of these days. I've only ever seen That Green Gentleman and Nine In the Afternoon, and maybe Northern Downpour? I think, but I don't know for sure. Give me She's A Handsome Woman Brendon Urie you coward.
Nearly Witches was a song I always slept on. I don't care for Sarah Smiles so I usually stopped the album there, because I didn't love the Nearly Witches demo from the CFOB mixtape. Boy, I was wrong, because the album version of NW is so good. Wish I was a bigger fan when I saw them play it live on the Vices tour. I think they continued to play it during the initial Too Weird to Live tour also.
Yeah, they closed with NW on the Vices tour and then they closed their main set (before the encore) with NW on the Too Weird tour.
Memories is my white whale. It was on the setlist for the Vices tour but they inexplicably cut it for the Denver show (along with New Perspective). One of my favorite songs by them that I never got to see live.
Vices might be my least favorite so I went to Spotify to relisten and noticed their Live in Chicago album is on there so I got distracted and am listening to that instead.
The first verse of Nearly Witches is one of my favourite moments in their discography but the rest of the song isn't nearly as great.
What I don't like about Nearly Witches is how bare bones the instruments are in the verses. They sound too "empty."
Easily give me Vices over Pretty Odd lol not even close. Nine In The Afternoon, Northern Downpour, She Had The World I love. I couldn't care less about hearing any other song off that album though
Nearly Witches isn't even my favorite song from Vices, but it's still pretty solid. And Pretty Odd is so easily the band's weakest album IMO
I've said it before and I'll say it again, V&V is their best album It's a perfect mix of the old "weird" stuff and the new poppy stuff
