I think it ended up just being a tour announcement instead, right?

 

If I had to guess, they decided that Saturday Night and High Hopes were doing well enough that there was no need to release another single to build hype for the album

 

Thinking back to the last cycle, people complained when they released like half the album early. Now people (not calling anyone out here) are complaining that they're not releasing enough songs early.

People are getting their records early and Target are putting them out mistakingly. Could we see another Waterparks - Entertainment debacle with this record?

 

If I didn’t hear about whatever happened with Waterparks, and don’t care, is it really a debacle?

 

TBH I didnt really care either lol, I just got my vinyl literally a week early because the label fucked up.

 

Awesome to hear. How does it stack up to their past catalog?

 

I’m expecting this to be a progression and, frankly, a step up from DOAB. This album is the exact same length also.

like it a lot, its my least favorite of the 4 so far but its still real good so thats promising.
