I like this album and song. The video is... um... the sort of thing I'd expect a band like Korn or Slipknot to put out. I don't think I mean that as a compliment? But maybe they'd take it that way?
This video is not something I'd expect from this song. It's not the imagery I see when I listen to it. But it does fit the lyrics.
The chorus is catchy, but the muted bridge wasn't what I was hoping for. I was hoping they'd do something more hype, but it's still not a bad song.
So I'm the only one who thinks LA Devotee was a weak point on DOAB. I am still of the opinion that Golden Days would've made a cool single.
Looks like, haha. "LA Devotee" was probably the standout for me. I can't tell you how many months I was singing along to that chorus.
