this band is for real the coolest, there’s nobody like them and to try and figure “it” out is to miss the point

what the fuck there's a little part on bread that sounds like it's not even coming from the same source as the music, with my headphones in it sounded like it was coming from my keyboard. what the fuck

album sounds like what would happen if you took a bunch of indie/power pop songs, put them in a box, shook that box real hard, and then poured out its contents. it's... awesome and baffling

 

That's such an apt description haha. I just finished and it's really, really good.

 

I do wish there were a *few* more discernible pop hooks on here but all in all I appreciate them for sticking to such a unique/distinctive vision. It truly is a glorious mess.
