Supposedly yes! I've every faith in them expanding their sound and trying new things. For some reason I can see the album being quite instrumental. But there's talk of darker vibes with the new music in a lot of interviews.
New songs played last night. 'Eighteen', 'Black' and 'She'. Hoping there'll be live footage soon with the tour now on.
Really enjoying "The Tide". In fact, I'm just digging them a lot more lately than I was in the past and even up to a week ago. I binged them in their very early days and I think that was detrimental to my enjoyment of them as they released a couple of singles, but really back on board again lately.
If she ever looked at me the way she does in that still I think I'd wee myself and then faint also here's this
They just won an award for being a best new act and playing live at the NME Awards ceremony. Playing "Theres A Honey" too (sounds like Heather's monitors might be playing up though from the quality of performance).
I didn't realize they had no albums, must have amazing management and money backing them. Regardless, excited for the actual album and gonna try to see them on tour.
I quite like it! I knew that Heavenly and The Tide wouldn’t blow me away as I’d heard the 2014 demos, and they’ve strayed from that sort of sound since. These are just revivals, not an indication of what’ll be on the record. Regardless, like The Tide, it’s a fun poppy song. Catchy!
