    About time we had an album thread! Really excited about the level up, if all the songs are of this same quality I think this could become a formative album for a lot of young people.

    Unrelated to this album thread, but related to this Avril-core style of music. Last year Australian band Tired Lion released their second record and completely flew under the radar.

    It's a great record if you want something really indebted with '90s alternative rock music and the pop-punk end of the spectrum of Avril's music.



    Really looking forward to this album though, one of my most anticipated of 2021.

    So wild to me that bands are now reimagining the Michelle Branch/Avril Lavigne dominance of nearly 2 decades ago. That's not meant as an insult but just never thought that would be a reference point. Nonetheless, enjoying the first 4 songs released and looking forward to hearing the whole thing.
