Yeah I agree, it's definitely not terrible, but average at best. I even feel like after completing it, that I never got attached to any of the characters - I actually didn't like any of them, not even Marty lol.
Didn't really enjoy this. It wasn't bad... it just felt like it dragged a lot and really didn't seem to provide much of anything new to the table. Ruth was the only really interesting character. Doubt I'll watch season 2 unless it gets really strong "its way better than S1" reviews. There is just too much good TV out there to waste my time with an average one.
I loved it, as well. I’m really looking forward to the next season. And, again, Bateman was so damn good.
The passage of time in this is weird. It's July 4th weekend and then all of a sudden the kids are going to school. Unless they have a weird school year.
gf and i finally finished watching S1. my biggest concern is for Rachel and how dumb she was for taking all that money
‘Ozark’ Season 2: Jason Bateman Teases the ‘Escalation’ Ahead and His Difficulty Killing Off Characters I like the sound of where this season is heading. Hopefully it’s back on the 1st.
like that it'll pick up where it left off. not gonna lie, i laughed when darlene shot delbecause of how over the top absurd her overreaction was lol
I've pretty much forgot the vast majority of what happened in this show. That's a big problem for me when it comes to this over saturation of so much content available.
There are tons of ridiculous and over-the-top moments throughout the season, made me like the show even more. Similar thing happened with Killing Eve for me.
Just finished Season 1 for the first time. Kinda surprised they “went there” with the events of the last episode. I really hope it doesn’t end up with constant escalation of villains though. I remember when Chuck fell in to that trap and every time one was overcome it was like, oh, here’s another more senior bad guy. I really enjoyed it and Julia Garner is so attractive lol
