Get Out Stay Out is absolutely mind-blowing

 

I really like A Message, but nothing else is really sticking with me 4 listens in. Lot of stuff going on-- could just be taking a minute to click. Still glad I bought the album to support this band and what they do.

EDIT: Gotta add, Jay can belt. What an awesome voice, one of the band's strongest attributes

 

Jay is an incredible singer

 

This album is incredible, and so much up my alley. I’m gonna be digging into the rest of their discography a ton in the next week I think.

 

Man, this is so good.

 

Yup this thing is absolutely incredible, I just need my vinyl to come so I can completely dive into the lyrics. Need that lyric sheet.

 

Yo wth this album is fantastic! I was not expecting to like this so much. The ending to Jumble Gem is just wow

Also agreed! Definitely reminiscent of Falling Up's later work, which is a VERY good thing.

 

I had a similar thought the other day how the singer sounds eerily like Jessy Ribordy on some of the songs.

 

The end of Get out stay out is stunning

 

Real talk. Get Out Stay Out is me when I’m in the depths of depression and talking to my mentor. I just want to keep people away so I can protect them from what’s inside me. But they always seem to get in and the relief it brings is wonderful. That song is just incredible and makes me weep.

 

Yeah, the whole album is excellent but Get Out Stay Out is maybe my favorite song of the year so far. That one hit me in a way a new song hasn’t in quite a while.

 

Everyone here is talking about Get Out Stay Out and I’m here loving the dynamic of Get Out into Parachutes...perfect album flow right there.
