I dunno, just feels like "Slow" just kind of ends and "Pale Soft Light" just kind of begins. They're both great songs though!

 

Vocals on track 3 remind me of Ace Enders at times.

The last 2 minutes or so in this song is one of the best moments of their discography.

 

What I love about Owel is their sound is so pretty but they also have some bite and character to it. If that makes any sense.

 

One of my fave tracks on the record is coming up after Paper Hands.

I'd say for as good as the first half is which is very strong. Arguably the second half is even stronger but it's kinda like the new Manchester it's basically strong throughout

 

Yeah, that's what I really love about the end of "Pale Soft Light".

"Paper Hands" is just such a beautiful song all around, especially lyrically. And I really love the guitar work.
